Область применения

В зависимости от требуемой производительности системы управления программируемые контроллеры SIMATIC S7-300 могут комплектоваться различными типами центральных процессоров. Широкий модельный ряд центральных процессоров позволяет макимально адаптировать S7-300 к требованиям решаемой задачи как по функциональным возможностям, так и по стоимостным показателям.
Новые центральные процессоры SIMATIC S7-300 имеют увеличенную производительность, меньшие габариты, улучшенные эксплуатационные характеристики, что существенно повышает соотношение производительность/ цена.

  • Высокая скорость обработки данных: время выполнения логической инструкции 0.01 ... 0.2 мкс, время выполнения математической операции с плавающей запятой - от 0.02 до 6 мкс.
  • Увеличенные объемы рабочей памяти: от 32 Кбайт в CPU 312 до 1.4 Мбайт в CPU 319.
  • Использование в качестве загружаемой памяти микро карт памяти (ММС) NVFlash-EEPROM емкостью от 64 Кбайт до 8 Мбайт.
  • Необслуживаемое сохранение всех данных в ММС при перебоях в питании контроллера.
  • Возможность сохранения в ММС архива всего проекта с символьной таблицей и комментариями.
  • Работа без буферной батареи.

  • CPU 319-3 PN/DP: мощный центральный процессор с высоким быстродействием, большим объемом памяти памяти программ и данных. Центральные процессоры S7-300 Compact:

  • CPU 313C-2 PtP: центральный процессор с 16 дискретными входами, 16 дискретными выходами и дополнительным последовательным интерфейсом RS 422/ RS 485. Набор встроенных функций аналогичен CPU 313C.

  • CPU 314C-2 PtP: центральный процессор с 24 дискретными входами, 16 дискретными выходами, 4 аналоговыми входами для измерения унифицированных сигналов силы тока или напряжения, 1 аналоговым входом для подключения датчика температуры Pt100, 2 аналоговыми выходами и встроенным последовательным интерфейсом RS 422/ RS 485. Центральные процессоры для S7-300F:

  • CPU 315F-2 DP: центральный процессор с встроенным интерфейсом PROFIBUS DP для построения F-систем со средними/ высокми требованиями к объему и скорости выполняемых программ, а также обслуживанию систем распределенного ввода-вывода.
  • CPU 315F-2 PN/DP: центральный процессор для построения F-систем с встроенным интерфейсом Industrial Ethernet и PROFIBUS DP, обеспечивающий поддержку коммуникационного стандарта PROFINET и предназначенный для использования в системах Component Based Automation, а также системах распределенного ввода-вывода на основе PROFINET.

Дизайн

Все центральные процессоры выпускаются в пластиковых корпусах, на фронтальной панели которых расположены:

  • Светодиоды индикации состояний и отказов.
  • Переключатель выбора режимов работы.
  • Отсек для установки микро карты памяти.
  • Встроенные интерфейсы, состав которых зависит от типа центрального процессора.
  • В центральных процессорах S7-300 Compact, CPU 315T-2 DP и CPU 317T-2 DP:
    • один или два отсека для установки фронтальных соединителей, через которые производится подключение внешних цепей ввода-вывода дискретных и аналоговых сигналов;
    • светодиоды индикации состояний входных и выходных дискретных сигналов;
    • защитные пластиковые крышки с пазом для установки этикетки с маркировкой внешних цепей.

 

 

 

Функции

Программирование

Программирование центральных процессоров S7-300 выполняется на зыках LAD, FBD или STL из среды STEP 7, STEP 7 Professional или STEP 7 Lite (не поддерживает сетевые конфигурации).

Кроме того, для программирования S7-300 могут использоваться инструментальные средства проектирования S7-GRAPH, S7-HiGraph, S7-SCL, CFC или SFC. Они могут применяться для программирования контроллеров S7-300 с CPU 314 или более мощными центральными процессорами.

В центральных процессорах с операционной системой от V2.6 и выше обеспечивается возможность обновления операционной системы через сеть.
