M30 ñ ôèêñèðîâàííûì äàò÷èêîì

Äàò÷èêè Sonar-BERO êîìïàêòíûõ ìîäåëåé M30 K3 ÿâëÿþòñÿ êîìïëåêòíûìè óñòðîéñòâàìè, ãîòîâûìè ê ïîäêëþ÷åíèþ. Îíè ðàçëè÷íû ïî äàëüíîñòè äåéñòâèÿ, îáúåìó âûïîëíÿåìûõ ôóíêöèé è âîçìîæíîñòÿì íàñòðîéêè è ïðîãðàììèðîâàíèÿ.

 ñòàíäàðòíîì èñïîëíåíèè ïðèáîðû èìåþò æåñòêî âñòðîåííûé äàò÷èê

Èñïîëíåíèå ñ îòäåëüíûì äàò÷èêîì

M30 ñ îòäåëüíûì äàò÷èêîì

Áëàãîäàðÿ î÷åíü ìàëûì ðàçìåðàì äàò÷èê ïðåêðàñíî ïîäõîäèò äëÿ óñòàíîâêè â òåñíûõ ìåñòàõ.

Óëüòðàçâóêîâîé äàò÷èê ïîìåùàåòñÿ â öèëèíäðè÷åñêîì êîðïóñå, îòäåëüíî îò îñòàëüíîé ýëåêòðîíèêè. Ó ïðèáîðîâ òèïà 3RG6. 12, äàò÷èê âñòðîåí â êîðïóñ ñ ðåçüáîé Ì 18, ó ïðèáîðîâ òèïà 3RG6.13, â êîðïóñ ñ ðåçüáîé Ì 30. Äëèíà êîðïóñîâ ñîñòàâëÿåò 25 ìì.

Äëÿ êðåïëåíèÿ âìåñòå ñ äàò÷èêîì ïîñòàâëÿþòñÿ äâå ãàéêè. Ñîåäèíèòåëüíûé ïðîâîä äëèíîé 1,6 ì çàëèò â êîðïóñ äàò÷èêà. Ïîñðåäñòâîì ãîòîâîãî êîàêñèàëüíîãî ðàçúåìà äàò÷èê ñîåäèíÿåòñÿ ñ ýëåêòðîíèêîé îáðàáîòêè ñèãíàëà, êîòîðàÿ âñòðîåíà â êîðïóñ Ì 30 êîìïàêòíîé ìîäåëè. Ðàçúåì íàõîäèòñÿ â òîðöå êîðïóñà.

Èñïîëíåíèå ñ ïîâîðîòíûì äàò÷èêîì

Ýòè ïðèáîðû ôóíêöèîíàëüíî ñîîòâåòñòâóþò äðóãèì ïðèáîðàì òèïîðÿäîâ êîìïàêòíûõ ìîäåëåé M30 K3. Îíè îñîáåííî âûðó÷àþò òàì, ãäå ñòàíäàðòíóþ êîíñòðóêöèþ íåâîçìîæíî èñïîëüçîâàòü èç-çà íåõâàòêè ìåñòà.

M30 ñ ïîâîðîòíûì äàò÷èêîì

Óëüòðàçâóêîâîé äàò÷èê êðåïèòñÿ øàðíèðîì ê öèëèíäðè÷åñêîìó êîðïóñó ñ ýëåêòðîíèêîé îáðàáîòêè ñèãíàëà. Øàðíèð îáåñïå÷èâàåò ïîâîðîò âîêðóã îñè öèëèíäðà è ïðèìåðíî íà 100° ïåðïåíäèêóëÿðíî åé.

Ïîâîðîòíûé îòðàæàòåëü

Ó ïðèáîðîâ Sonar-BERO êîìïàêòíûõ ìîäåëåé M30 K3, ê ãîëîâêå äàò÷èêà ìîæåò êðåïèòüñÿ ïîâîðîòíûé îòðàæàòåëü 3RX1 910  (ñì. "Ïðèíàäëåæíîñòè").

Ïðè ìîíòàæå â òåñíîì ïðîñòðàíñòâå ìîãóò ðåãèñòðèðîâàòüñÿ îáúåêòû, íàõîäÿùèåñÿ ïîä ïðÿìûì óãëîì ê Sonar-BERO (óìåíüøåíèå ãëóáèíû ìîíòàæà). Ïðè ýòîì ñëåïàÿ çîíà ñîêðàùàåòñÿ ïðèìåðíî íà 6 ñì.

Ôóíêöèè

Îïðåäåëåíèå çîí è âîçìîæíîñòü íàñòðîéêè

Îáúåêòû, íàõîäÿùèåñÿ â íàñòðîåííîé çîíå êîììóòàöèè è, ñîîòâåòñòâåííî, â àíàëîãîâîé çîíå íàäåæíî îáíàðóæèâàþòñÿ è ðåãèñòðèðóþòñÿ íà êîììóòèðóþùåì èëè àíàëîãîâîì âûõîäå.

Òàê êàê îáúåêòû â ñëåïîé çîíå äàþò ëîæíûå ñèãíàëû, îíà äîëæíà áûòü ñâîáîäíîé. Îáúåêòû, íàõîäÿùèåñÿ íà áîëüøåì èëè ìåíüøåì ðàññòîÿíèè îò äàò÷èêà, ÷åì íàñòðîåííûå ãðàíèöû çîíû êîììóòàöèè, íà êîììóòèðóþùåì âûõîäå íå ðåãèñòðèðóþòñÿ.

Ñòàíäàðòíûé ðåæèì, äàò÷èê îòðàæàþùåãî âðåìåíè

Îáúåêòû, ââîäèìûå â óëüòðàçâóêîâîé ïó÷îê ñ ëþáîãî íàïðàâëåíèÿ, âûçûâàþò èçìåíåíèå âûõîäíîãî ñèãíàëà â çîíå íàñòðîéêè.

Áàðüåð îòðàæàþùåãî äåéñòâèÿ

Åñëè â íàñòðîåííîé êîììóòàöèîííîé çîíå íåïîäâèæíî óñòàíîâëåí îòðàæàòåëü, òî äàò÷èê Sonar-BERO ðåàãèðóåò íà âñå (â òîì ÷èñëå è íà çâóêîïîãëîùàþùèå) îáúåêòû, íàõîäÿùèåñÿ ìåæäó äàò÷èêîì è îòðàæàòåëåì.

Áàðüåð îäíîíàïðàâëåííîãî äåéñòâèÿ

Îïðåäåëÿåòñÿ òîëüêî ëèøü íàëè÷èå îáúåêòà ìåæäó èçëó÷àòåëåì è ïðèåìíèêîì. Äàëüíîñòü äåéñòâèÿ ñèñòåìû óäâàèâàåòñÿ ïî ñðàâíåíèþ ñ äàëüíîñòüþ äåéñòâèÿ îòäåëüíîãî äàò÷èêà.

Ïðîãðàììèðîâàíèå

Äëÿ îïòèìàëüíîé àäàïòàöèè ê óñëîâèÿì ýêñïëóàòàöèè âñå ïðèáîðû êîìïàêòíûõ òèïîðÿäîâ ìîäåëåé II è III ìîãóò ïðîãðàììèðîâàòüñÿ ïðè ïîìîùè ÏÊ è èíòåðôåéñíîãî óñòðîéñòâà SONOPROG 3RX4 000.
