Êîìáèíàöèè ñ âîçìîæíîñòüþ êîììóíèêàöèè - Ïóñêàòåëè äâèãàòåëÿ è ïîòðåáèòåëüñêèå îòïàéêè IP20 äëÿ AS-èíòåðôåéñà

Áåñïðåäîõðàíèòåëüíûå ôèäåðíûå ñáîðêè 3RA5 ñ AS-èíòåðôåéñîì ïîçâîëÿþò áûñòðî è ýêîíîìè÷íî ââîäèòü ñòàíöèè ïóñêà ýëåêòðîäâèãàòåëåé â ñèñòåìû àâòîìàòèçàöèè âåðõíåãî óðîâíÿ. Âñòðîåííûé àâòîìàòè÷åñêèé âûêëþ÷àòåëü 3RV1 âûïîëíÿåò ôóíêöèè çàùèòû äâèãàòåëÿ îò ïåðåãðóçêè è çàùèòû ëèíèé îò êîðîòêîãî çàìûêàíèÿ. Êîíòàêòîð 3RT1 èñïîëüçóåòñÿ äëÿ îïåðàòèâíûõ êîììóòàöèé. Óïðàâëåíèå è ïåðåäà÷à ñîîáùåíèé î êîììóòàöèîííûõ ñîñòîÿíèÿõ îñóùåñòâëÿåòñÿ ïî AS-èíòåðôåéñó ñ ïîìîùüþ ìîäóëÿ ôèäåðíîé ñáîðêè 3RK14.

  • Ðåâåðñèâíàÿ ôèäåðíàÿ ñáîðêà ïðåäíàçíà÷åíà äëÿ ïóñêà òðåõôàçíûõ äâèãàòåëåé â äâóõ íàïðàâëåíèÿõ.  ýòèõ àïïàðàòàõ íåò ýëåêòðè÷åñêèõ è ìåõàíè÷åñêèõ áëîêèðîâîê ìåæäó îáîèìè êîíòàêòîðàìè. Èñêëþ÷åíèå: â àïïàðàòàõ òèïîðàçìåðà S00 åñòü ìåõàíè÷åñêàÿ áëîêèðîâêà.

Îáëàñòü ïðèìåíåíèÿ

Ôèäåðíûå ñáîðêè 3RA5 óïðàâëÿþò öåíòðàëüíûìè ïîòðåáèòåëÿìè, êàê â ëîêàëüíûõ ðàñïðåäåëèòåëüíûõ ùèòêàõ, òàê è â ýëåêòðîøêàôàõ. Îíè ïðèìåíÿþòñÿ â ñèñòåìàõ ñ âûñîêîé ñòåïåíüþ àâòîìàòèçàöèè è ïîâûøåííûìè òðåáîâàíèÿì ê êîýôôèöèåíòó ãîòîâíîñòè îáîðóäîâàíèÿ.

Äèçàéí

Óñòðîéñòâà ïðåäâàðèòåëüíî ïîëíîñòüþ ñìîíòèðîâàíû è ìîãóò áûòü ïîäãîòîâëåíû äëÿ óñòàíîâêè íà ñáîðíûõ øèíàõ. Ïðåäëàãàþòñÿ èçäåëèÿ ñ ðàññòîÿíèåì ìåæäó îñÿìè ñáîðíûõ øèí 40 ìì è 60 ìì.

Âñïîìîãàòåëüíàÿ ýíåðãèÿ DC 24  è êàáåëü äëÿ ïåðåäà÷è äàííûõ AS-èíòåðôåéñà ïîäêëþ÷àþòñÿ ÷åðåç äâà êîììóíèêàöèîííûõ ðàçúåìà. Ê ýòèì ðàçúåìàì ÷åðåç ðåæóùèå êëåììû ìîãóò ïðèñîåäèíÿòüñÿ ñòàíäàðòíûå âèòûå ïðîâîäà äèàìåòðîì îò 0,5 äî 0,75 ìì2. Ñîåäèíèòåëüíûå ðàçúåìû (2 øòóêè íà àïïàðàò) âõîäÿò â êîìïëåêò ïîñòàâêè.

×åðåç ñèëîâîé ðàçúåì ñòîðîíà âûõîäà ñîåäèíÿòñÿ ñ ïîòðåáèòåëåì. Òàêèì îáðàçîì, ãëàâíûå ëèíèè L1/L2/L3 è ëèíèè N èëè PE ïîäêëþ÷àþòñÿ ê ïîòðåáèòåëþ ÷åðåç ðàçúåì. Ñèëîâîé øòåêåð âõîäèò â êîìïëåêò ïîñòàâêè.

Ýëåìåíòû èíäèêàöèè

 ìîäóëü ôèäåðíîé ñáîðêè âñòðîåíû äâà ñâåòîäèîäà. Ýòî îáëåã÷àåò äèàãíîñòèêó âñïîìîãàòåëüíîãî ïèòàíèÿ (PWR) è êîììóíèêàöèîííîãî ìîäóëÿ (AS-èíòåðôåéñà).

Ìîæíî ïðèìåíÿòü ñòàíäàðòíûå ïðèíàäëåæíîñòè äëÿ îòäåëüíûõ ìîäóëåé, ñîñòîÿùèõ èç: àâòîìàòè÷åñêîãî âûêëþ÷àòåëÿ 3RV1, êîíòàêòîðà 3RT1 è ìîäóëÿ AS-èíòåðôåéñà äëÿ ôèäåðíûõ ñáîðîê 3RK14.

Òèïû êîîðäèíàöèè

Òèï êîîðäèíàöèè (type of coordination) ñîãëàñíî ñòàíäàðòàì DIN EN 60947-4-1 (VDE 0660 ÷àñòü 102), ÌÝÊ 60947-4-1 îïðåäåëÿåò ïîâåäåíèå àïïàðàòà ïðè êîðîòêîì çàìûêàíèè. Áåñïðåäîõðàíèòåëüíûå ôèäåðíûå ñáîðêè 3RA5 ñ AS-èíòåðôåéñîì ñîîòâåòñòâóþò êàòåãîðèè 1 ïðè Iq = 50 êÀ. Òåì ñàìûì îáåñïå÷èâàåòñÿ îòêëþ÷åíèå êîðîòêèõ çàìûêàíèé â 50 êÀ áåç óãðîçû äëÿ ïåðñîíàëà è óñòðîéñòâ. Ïðè òàêèõ âûñîêèõ òîêàõ êîðîòêîãî çàìûêàíèÿ îïóñêàåòñÿ ïîâðåæäåíèå êîíòàêòîðà.
