Область примененияTogether with weaving, knitting is one of the most important processes in textile production.
In the knitting process, the warp yarn is wound off beams and presented for knitting. Depending on the type of knitting machine, yarn feed must be continuous or must take place according to a defined time sequence. In the knitting process, the warp threads are interlocked with guide bars which move vertically as well as oscillating from side to side. The movement of the guide bars is controlled mechanically.
The fabric take-off axis removes the knitted material from the vicinity of the knitting elements. Finally, the knitted fabric is rolled.
The movement of all axes and the knitting elements must be synchronized with the movement of the main shaft. The main shaft acts as a master axis in generating the control setpoint as an input signal for the control.
